There I was, a broke college dropout trying to build a successful online business.

The thing is, at the time I was struggling to build profitable campaigns like I assumed my competitors were doing.

I read a book that revealed a secret about changing my focus to build a responsive email list!

Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to increase the value of every customer who entered the threshold of my website. I saw I could invest more money to obtain customers, thus beating out my competitors.

My plan was to start prioritizing building my email list.

So I started by writing a one-page PDF report that would give value to those who visited my website. But I didn’t stop there.

I then built simple squeeze pages to ask for email addresses in exchange for that PDF report.

After that, I developed email sequences to continually build relationships with the email list and make other offers that were impossible to make on the front-end.

Building on that success, I decided to perfect and repeat that process across multiple niches and industries - adding integral elements like landing page builders, optimization software and, of course, ActiveCampaign.

I call it “Systemic Influence Framework”.
